1 Definitions

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hg88 offers a range of promotional incentives subject to the following general and specific conditions:

4. Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games may contribute between 50% and 100%. 8. Seasonal Promotions: hg88 may offer special promotions aligned with Indonesian cultural events including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions will carry their own specific terms and validity periods as published at the time of launch.

6 Betting Rules

1. Acceptance of Bets: All wagers are subject to acceptance by hg88. The Company reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per Player tier. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may be adjusted for individual accounts based on wagering history.

5. Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of its original scheduled time, or if a verifiable technical error is identified in the odds or market configuration. Voided bets are returned to the Player's real-money balance.
6. Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for a payout to be made. If one or more selections are voided, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining valid selections.
7. Togel Draw Rules: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws are conducted according to the official schedule of the relevant draw operator. Results are final once published. hg88 accepts no responsibility for delays in result publication caused by the draw operator.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hg88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of casino games, sports markets, or togel draws.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors knowingly — any winnings derived from a technical error are not considered legitimate and will be voided.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hg88 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of hg88 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
2. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal and recreational wagering purposes. This licence does not extend to commercial use, reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any Platform content.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

1. hg88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or behaviour that poses a risk to the Platform or other Players.
2. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.
3. Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance (after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements) will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method.
4. Upon termination — whether initiated by hg88 or the Player — all active bonuses and associated wagering progress are forfeited immediately.

13 Governing Law
